No cookies, no ads, no tracking scripts, no profiles. This is everything the site collects, and why.
Who is responsible
dwsa-mm.com is the personal site of David Mata (David MT), based in Costa Rica. For anything about your data, write to david@dwsa-mm.com.
Page views
Each page view records the path, the referrer and the browser user agent in Cloudflare Analytics Engine, to know which posts are read and where traffic comes from. No IP address, no cookie and no identifier that links one visit to another is stored. Cloudflare keeps this data for about three months. Each post also has a plain view counter (a number, nothing about you).
Contact form
When you send the form, your name, email, the topic you pick and your message are emailed to me through Resend (an email delivery provider in the United States). The site itself does not store the message; it lives in my inbox only as long as needed to reply. To limit spam, a one-way hash of your IP address is kept for one hour.
Reactions
The 👍 🔥 💡 buttons store only aggregate counts. Your browser remembers which ones you clicked in its local storage (it never leaves your device), and a one-way hash of your IP address is kept for 60 seconds to prevent repeated clicks.
Third parties
- Cloudflare hosts and delivers the site. Like any host, it processes your IP address to serve pages and block attacks — see Cloudflare's privacy policy.
- Cloudflare also adds two small scripts of its own: Cloudflare Web Analytics (cookieless page-load and visit metrics, loaded from static.cloudflareinsights.com and reported back to dwsa-mm.com) and a bot-detection check.
- Fonts and images are served from dwsa-mm.com itself — no font CDNs, no embeds, no ad or tracking pixels.
- Share links (X, LinkedIn, WhatsApp) only contact those services if you click them.
Your rights
You can ask what I have about you (in practice: only the emails you sent), ask me to correct or delete it, or object to its use, by writing to david@dwsa-mm.com. Nothing is sold or shared for advertising.

Sin cookies, sin anuncios, sin scripts de seguimiento ni perfiles. Responsable: David Mata (David MT), Costa Rica — david@dwsa-mm.com.
- Visitas: se registra la ruta, el referer y el user agent en Cloudflare Analytics Engine (unos tres meses). Sin IP, sin cookies, sin identificador entre visitas. Cada post tiene además un contador de vistas (solo un número).
- Formulario de contacto: nombre, email, tema y mensaje se me envían por correo a través de Resend (EE. UU.). El sitio no guarda el mensaje. Para frenar el spam se guarda un hash irreversible de tu IP durante una hora.
- Reacciones: solo conteos agregados. Tu navegador recuerda tus reacciones en su almacenamiento local, y se guarda un hash de tu IP durante 60 segundos.
- Terceros: solo Cloudflare (hosting, procesa tu IP para servir el sitio). Cloudflare agrega dos scripts propios: Cloudflare Web Analytics (métricas de carga y visitas sin cookies, desde static.cloudflareinsights.com) y una verificación anti-bots. Fuentes e imágenes se sirven desde el propio dwsa-mm.com. Los botones de compartir solo contactan a esas redes si los usas.
- Tus derechos: puedes pedir acceso, corrección o eliminación de tus datos escribiendo a david@dwsa-mm.com. Nada se vende ni se usa para publicidad.
